I had to google tempo run to find out what was I supposed to do during those 30 minutes. I run faster than I usually do and am happy to report that my average per mile was 10'44". Nothing hurt, was never out of wind, it was a nice run on a perfect day.
I can't believe you ran on Christmas! You're supposed to nap after the guests leave!!!
